A MRSOC operator from MRSOG 2 provides cover during an operation .
MRSOC (Muti Role Special Operations Command ) ,MRSOC is the tip of the spear group that is highly trained and fast operating , each Troop is trained to be an extremly aware and affective warrior. MRSOC Troops are mentally and physicaly fit and ready to solve any problem that they are tasked with. Each MRSOC candidate will go through 4 day selection course the Candidate Selection Process or CSP, where the candidates will be engaging in nonstop challenges physical and mental to see whether the candidate is committed to the program after CSP the ones who remain will go on to the actual training where they will learn the skills to be an operator. After fully completing all of the training that is required the candidates will become MRSOC operators and will be assigned to a MRSOG (Multi Role Special Operations Group) where they will continue to train and carry out operations .
training .
After CSP the training has just begun the initial training called Operator Qualification Training or OQT which is 4 weeks where the Troop will learn different skillsets and after passing OQT they will be basic operators and to become a skills operator they will be assigned to a 5-6 day winter phase. After becoming an official operator each month they are in twice a month they will have to go through a OQC which is Operator Qualification Course which shows that each operator is still fit to be in the program. What to expect in MRSOC training, well expect a lot of running, pushups, pullups, and swimming , this training is a transition from being a land fighter to an amphibious warrior ready to operate on land or water, so if you are one to not be completely comfortable in the water then this course may not be for you. Prior to joining , to be qualified the recruit needs to take 3 tests the M.R.T (mental resilience test), the OTST ( operator technical skills test), and the IFT ( initial fitness test) you must pass each test with a certain percentage to be eligible for signing up for MRSOC.
