OQT is not going to be easy but here are some tips on how to prepare your self. First off lets talk about food the food you eat doesnt just put weight on you it makes you unhealthy and unable to be successful same thing with the things you drink like soda or energy drinks those make you unsuccessful at being physically fit. For the 2 weeks prior to OQT whatever you ate or drank before will change to get your self ready, so follow these steps, Step 1 : Everyone knows fast food is unhealthy but they still eat it because it is cheap and good, but to you that doesnt matter anymore cut all high fat foods and foods high in chloestral and eat healthy, we aren't saying eat salad everyday but eat home cooked meals with nutrients that will benifit you in the long run, Step 2 : Drinks matter ,drinking soda and energy drinks overload your body with sugar which causes acne, fat build up and it also dehydrates you over time, we highly recommend drinking water, powerade, juices, things that will actually benifit you not just give you a good taste. Preparing physically is important being healthy is a big thing but being strong and able bodied is a main focus so here are a couple tips that will get you in shape, Tip 1 : Try to get out and run for 5 to 10 minutes every day or every other day to get your cardio abilities in good shape. Tip 2 : push ups are a big thing in OQT do 10 and increase that by 10 everyday. Tip 3 : find a place to do pull ups start off with 2-4 with palms facing you and try to do 2-4 with palms facing out, try to do those once everyday and increase by 2 each time. Tip 4 :make sure you can do situps try 20 and increase by either 10 or 20 each day .
